Policy

I love creating for all you goddesses. Please if there is an issue msg me!! However please keep in mind:

-All panty sales and other bottoms as such are final sales. This is for sanitary reasons.

-All customs, sales items and made to order items are final sales. 

-I allow a one week return from once it is delivered to get returned for a full refund however I do not usually take returns at all. 

-If I’m able to exchange I am always happy to  provided the buyer covers the shipping 💜 I DO NOT refund items that you ordered in the wrong size. You will receive an in store credit for the item. 

-Exchanges can only be exchanged for ready to ship items. 

-All items can not be worn or washed. 

-I am not responsible for any extra taxes on shipping or international order. All return shipping is paid by the customer. 

-Lastly, items that are returned to my shop after a shipping mistake will only be shipped out if the additional shipping is coved by the purchaser. I am only responsible for the initial tracking sent. Customers must contact me within a month of sending item if there are any issues. 

Made to Order Items have a turn around of 3-4 weeks

Ready to ship items ship out within 5 days 

* My creations are works of art. As such they can not be recreated exactly the same. Though I can get them close, they will never be as close as a machines recreation. 

*I am a one woman show. I make mistakes and will try to fix them when I can. Being rude will not help any situation. Please be kind. Customers who are not will be banned from my shop.
